DIET -- Reduced Carbs & Increased Protein
The diet is easy to follow because it's based on familiar foods available in every grocery store. There are no calories to count. No supplements or prepackaged foods. This flexibility is very helpful because in a real-life diet, it is good to have options and be able to choose your foods. It's actually easy to find the foods you want in restaurants, at parties, on holidays, or when you're on vacation.
Exercise is recommended on this program on an individual basis. You will benefit from exercise in several ways: (a) it positively affects your metabolism and your mood and gives you increased energy, (b) it helps you stay firmer even after a significant weight loss, (c) it is a natural appetite suppressant, (d) it improves cardiovascular performance, and (e) it maintains healthy muscles and bones.
